  •  Goat meat will also include liver, heart, kidney & Trotters (Payee).

Delivery or Self pickup

METRO offers door step delivery for customers as well as an option to be our guests for the EID DAY 1 and DAY 2 and Pick up your meet yourself. You have the option to choose your desired slot for home delivery or store pickup on Eid Day 1 or Day 2. Book your slot online or head over to your nearest store for booking.  Delivery time slots are based on first come first serve basis. Hurry up as there are limited slots available only.  

You will be communicated your pick-up time before EID day.

Terms and conditions 

  • Qurbani order bookings will be closed 3 days prior to EID.
  • Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed order form only on the ground floor.
  • Customer can cancel his/her order up till 7 days before Eid. Any amount paid in advance will be refunded to the customer.
  • Modes of payment are Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit, Credit/Debit Card, Advance Cash Collection, Pay at Store
  • Self-Pickup customers will have the option to pick their order from the store mentioned by them in their order checkout summary, as per the time slot of that respective day. In case of any issues at a specific store, Metro team will get in touch directly with the customer to facilitate with an alternative option.
  • Customers who choose self-pickup are required to bring a photocopy of their CNIC for identification purpose, and a print of the confirmation email at the time of pickup.
  • Meat cutting will be done on a machine and board to ensure maximum hygiene and safety.
  • Delivery Charges are PKR 999 for Goat, Cow Share & 3500 for whole Cow Order per order for all areas

METRO & Customer Qurbani Agreement

1) Under this agreement, Metro is providing three types of services:

  • Purchase of a Sacrificial Animal or its share on customer's behalf
  • Sacrifice of Sacrificial Animal in-light of the principles of Shariah
  • Meat Cutting and Delivery to Customers

2) The Sacrificial Animal purchased for the customer will be according to the Shariah requirements and quality and hygiene standards        set by METRO.

3)The average weight of goat meat will be 12 to 14 KG, the average weight of cow's portion meat will be 12 to 14 KG while the total          weight of whole cow meat will be 89 to 98 KG. However, the final weight of the meat will be determined only after the sacrifice.

4)The purchase of the sacrificial animal will be executed according to the number of bookings after the booking process is over.

5)The determination of the sacrificial animal for the customer and possession of it by the customer will take effect immediately before the sacrificial process.

6)Cows, goats will include both males and females.

7)The animal will be sacrificed in the light of Shariah principles.

8)The meat is prepared and supplied in accordance with Metro’s hygiene principles.

9)Animal payee (Trotters), heart, kidney, liver will not be kept separate for each individual but will be distributed equally/Jointly as per share.

10)Animal’s By-product Siri (head), Excess Fat, Ujhri (Stomach), Intestines, etc. will be discarded.

11)Metro is bound to donate/distribute meat to the deserving if customer is not able to come and collect meat for any reason on time.

12)The skin of the sacrificial animal will be donated.

13)Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed order form only on the ground floor level.

14)Upon booking your order, the customer enters into this agreement with Metro. The sacrificial meat designated for each person will be kept separately and provided in accordance with the details mentioned in the receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to safeguard the receipt issued at the time of booking. The collection/delivery of meat will be completed upon presentation of the same receipt.

15)Metro shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government etc.

16)Metro reserves the right to cancel any order subject to availability, confirmations and/or any other reason deemed fit by the company. Customer can also cancel his/her order up till 7 days before Eid. In case of advance payment, the customer will get full refund (subject to bank charges if applicable) in this scenario.
