We would like to make the registration process as easy as possible for you. To do so, please have the following documents and records ready:
- Identity card or comparable official photo ID
- Trade license or other suitable proof of self-employment or entrepreneurial activity (not older than one year), tax number, if applicable

Business owners as well as legal representatives of a company or association can apply for a METRO loyalty card. In most cases, the card is applied for the owner of the business. However, authorized representatives can also receive the customer card.

As an individual without proof of trade or association, you can't apply for a customer card with which you can shop in METRO stores. But you can still become a customer of our Online Shop. No METRO Card is needed to shop there.
